Service Policy
If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This will enable us to offer the time slot to another client and avoid charging a cancelation fee. A comprehensive cancelation policy is available for review at the salon or during online booking.
For services involving children aged 17 and under, it is mandatory for a responsible adult to be present during the appointment. We require parents or guardians to make and confirm all appointments for minors.
